Dispatcher

A full-time dispatcher position is open at Saddle River Tours. Dispatch experience is preferred, but we are willing to train an energetic candidate who is self-motivated and possesses excellent multi-tasking skills. Duties include facilitating driver assignments, responding to customer inquiries and ensuring superior customer service.​ A strong knowledge of the tri-state area, airports and ability to manage a high volume of calls is necessary. You must be willing to work nights and weekends, possess good people skills and be able to communicate with drivers on a professional level. You will be required to work on-site at our Wallington, NJ office.
